TO PRINT TRAIL MAPS: Turn headers, footers and margins off, or they'll cut off part of each page.
(In Internet Explorer, go to File menu, Page Setup: Delete the header and footer text,
and set all four margins to zero. IE will reset them to minimum, which is OK.)
Glue or tape map pages to make a custom hiking map.
