ANNA FRANCES GODAC GODDARD
Anna, the daughter of Mary Anna Bregar and Anton Godac, was born October 24, 1899, in Kokomo, Colorado. She came to Arizona about 1900 when her father worked mines in Jerome, Grapevine, Cherry Creek and Yuma.
Anna married Jesse W. Goddard, a cattleman, and lived on the Apache Maid Ranch, Quail Springs Ranch and at Camp Verde.
Anna was fully dedicated to cattle ranching, but in 1922-23, she was a stenographer and clerk at Whipple Barracks and lived at 336 South Marina Street.
She died on May 9, 1961, in Camp Verde and was buried in Cottonwood Cemetery.
