AUSTA K. SNIDER
Austa was born on November 16, 1864, and came to Prescott in 1895. She married Benjamin Snider, the first man to open the ticket agency for the Santa Fe Railroad in Prescott.
Austa was a long-time member of the Eastern Star in Clarkdale, a life member of the Monday Club in Prescott, and belonged to the Congregational Church.
Austa died on February 2, 1950, in the Pioneers' Home and was buried in the Clarkdale Cemetery.
