Territorial Women's Memorial Rose Garden
Edna was born in Aultman, Arizona, the daughter of Dennis Jordon and Joan Pratt Marr. She attended St. Joseph's Academy, where in June 1889 she received the "excellence medal" at the awards assembly.

She married William Jefferson Martin in Prescott and lived in Canyon City and Bumble Bee, where her husband was a storekeeper. They had eight children of whom four survived to adulthood: Joe (1914), Vernon (1916), Enid Martin (1918) and Edna May Mulholland (1922).

Edna raised her family under pioneer conditions and kept them going during the depression. While at Bumble Bee, she taught social dancing, was active in the Sunday School and church, and enjoyed quilting. At one time she fell and broke her arm and nose and treated her injuries herself.

Edna died in Prescott in October 1951 and was buried at Mountain View Cemetery.
