Territorial Women's Memorial Rose Garden

A native of Arizona Territory, Orpha was born on August 26, 1887, the daughter of Albert and Margaretta Haisley. Her father was a member of a survey party engaged in engineering the Santa Fe Railroad in the Prescott area in 1880.

She attended old Washington Elementary School and graduated from Prescott High School in 1907.

On September 7, 1912, she married Charles R. Green, a Santa Fe railroad bridge inspector. They had a son, Albert Haisley Green, who predeceased her.

Orpha lived at 319 West Leroux Street. Her mother and her sisters, Ruth Paull and Olive, are also represented in the Rose Garden.

Orpha died in May 1964 and was buried in Mountain View Cemetery.
