Territorial Women's Memorial Rose Garden
Born on October 2, 1866, in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada, Wilhelmina came to Arizona in January 1890 and settled in Kirkland.

She married O. B. Marshall, and they had four children: Harry, an infant when they arrived in Arizona Territory; Bessie, Nellie and Walter. They came to Prescott in 1891 where she belonged to the Methodist Church and the Monday Club.

Wilhelmina took a keen interest in civic affairs and was a good neighbor to all who needed her.

Wilhelmina died on April 2, 1947, and was buried in Mountain View Cemetery.
